Platform · QualityControls, configured per engagement

Quality is part of the production system.

Quality that depends on somebody remembering to check is not a quality system. In Largwit the controls are project configuration, applied by the platform to the work as it moves, and the result is reported from production activity rather than assembled afterwards.

01The controls

Configurable combinations, per engagement.

Different contracts are held to different standards. The controls below are configured per project rather than imposed uniformly, so a programme with a high bar and a programme with a fast turnaround can run side by side under the same oversight.

Automated validationStructured and programmatic issues identified before they propagate through production.
Human evaluationProject-specific judgement where human expertise remains essential.
Quality policiesThe standard a project is held to, expressed as configuration rather than as a habit.
SamplingReview effort directed where a project needs it rather than spread evenly by default.
EscalationDecisions that need more senior judgement routed to it rather than settled locally.
AuditabilityTraceability across significant project actions and the outputs they produced.
CONFIGURED PER PROJECTapplied by the platform to the work as it moves
02Quality as a number

Quality reported as a production number.

Acceptance, rework and error categories are computed from what actually happened in production, per project, and reported alongside progress and throughput.

A quality problem shows up as a change in these numbers while the project is still running, which is the only point at which it can still be fixed.

Production qualitycomputed while the project runs
acceptanceHow much work passes review without a correction, first time.
reworkHow much is sent back, and how that is trending.
error classesWhat is going wrong, named rather than described.
scoresWhere a project scores work, the distribution behind it.
time on taskHow long the work is actually taking.
Corrected before delivery, not after. A quality problem found in a delivered batch is the expensive kind.
03Automated assessment

Automated assessment aligned to the project.

Largwit can augment human quality operations with project-aware automated evaluation aligned with the requirements of each engagement: structured assessment, rubric-based scoring, quality signals and issue detection.

Human operators remain in control of project policy and final adjudication. Automated evaluation surfaces work for review; it does not decide the outcome of a contract.

Project-aware assessmentadvisory, always
structuredAssessment in the shape the project defines.
rubricAligned to the criteria the work is measured against.
evidenceTied to the material it refers to, so it can be checked.
issuesProblems raised early enough to correct.
signalsObservations for operators, not verdicts applied automatically.
escalationAnything requiring judgement routed to the people accountable.
Customer production data remains isolated according to the applicable customer environment and agreement.
04The question afterwards

The question that arrives months later is always the same: how was this produced, and by whom.

Largwit records significant project actions and keeps delivered outputs traceable to the production that generated them, so the answer is retrieved rather than reconstructed.

Largwit is deployed through direct engagement. Tell us what you are running and we will show you the platform against it, rather than against a generic demo.
